Description: The first moment of contact happened the instant Anna's hands found the exact spot where Liza's shoulder tension had settled after weeks of creative work at her easel, a tightness that no amount of stretching could ease. Anna welcomed her with calm presence and began guiding slow, rhythmic strokes across the shoulders using deliberate palm pressure designed to release deep tension and invite the body into complete relaxation. The hushed studio filled with the gentlest sounds of hands gliding over skin and steady breathing, forming a natural ASMR rhythm that helped Liza's breath slow and her muscles gradually loosen. Every careful glide and press transformed the experience into a tranquil ritual where tension melted away, leaving Liza's shoulders feeling light, open, and profoundly at ease.
